It is basically used as a conditioning tool for people who want to improve their balance.

A very helpful review provides be ‘Darko4191’ who says that the assembly would take 10 mins to complete and would require 2 9/16 wrenches or 2 adjustable wrenches.

After putting all of the wooden blocks together, one of the sides would have to be held with a wrench and the other side is to be tightened by the wrench.

The user also provides addition information about construction and competition with the other boards which is really helpful.

I got this too for my 5 years old daughter and she loves it. It is a great way to encourage physical activity. And the great thing about this kids balance board is that it has no weight limits. Even I can use it! – And I weigh around 65kg.

It is built tough. Drop it as many times as you won’t – It won’t break. And the really cool thing about the board are the graphics. Kinda nice and the kids love it.
